Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a refund or exchange for your eligible merchandise. Please contact us for a Return Authorization and we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

All items sent back for return or exchange are subject to a full inspection upon delivery. Hamilton Butler Jewels reserves the right to decline the return or exchange if it is not returned in a sellable condition deemed by Hamilton Butler Jewels standards. 

Merchandise eligible for refund may be returned within 7 days of delivery. A shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using our pre-paid return label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Refunds are only permissible for items that have not been worn, or altered. Upon receipt of the returned goods, Hamilton Butler Jewels reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet these requirements. Items purchased with a promotional code or marked Sale cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
